Group going to Holden Village Sept. 29 through Oct. 5

Good Monday morning,

Please join a group of us who will spend a week working at Holden Village near Lake Chelan early this fall to close most of it for the winter.

The dates are Saturday, Sept. 29, through Sunday, Oct. 5. This is not a Bethany event, but attendees will include some of us from Bethany. Sign up at holdenvillage.org, for Work Week 1.  Let me know in the office if you are going.

Replacement of tables, benches now complete

Greetings this Wednesday morning.

The replacement of the aging picnic tables and benches in the Bethany orchard now is complete. The work was done by Garrett Peterson as his Eagle Scout project. It looks very nice. Thanks, Garrett, parents Lynnette and Gary, and friends. And thanks to the Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island for helping to fund the project.
