More than 60 enjoy FFF Christmas Party

Good Monday morning,

Each year, it seems to get better. More than 60 people came to the FFF Christmas Party on Thursday. Traditional meatballs, scalloped potatoes, pickled herring and an entire table full of traditional Scandinavian desserts were brought. We sang carols. Solos were sung by Marcy Daley and Carlton Anderson. Benay and Lynn Nordby offered their rendition of "Silent Night" and Patricia Siburg deftly handled the 88's. Here are some images:

Tree coming tomorrow, and more events this week

Hi everyone,

Men's Bible Study is at 8 a.m. Tuesday, and at 10, our tree folks will be here to haul it in and stand it up. Then on Wednesday, same time, the lights crew arrives, and on Thursday, the ornaments people come. Come if you can help.

That's along with the usual weekly activities that include quilting at 10 a.m. Tuesday and choir rehearsal at at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

And don't forget there is no worship on Saturday, Dec. 22.
