War and ethics to be studied

Good Thursday to you,

In an adult-education following worship on March 1, we will be examining war and ethics, based on a chapter from the book “Partly Cloudy: Ethics in War, Espionage, Covert Action and Interrogation” by David L. Perry. Pick up your copy of the reading in the library now, or request that we email it to you.
The book in its entirety will soon be available in the Bethany library. Perry teaches ethics at Davidson College in North Carolina. His undergraduate work was in religion at Pacific Lutheran University.

Bethany seeks several volunteers to keep the kitchen stocked and clean; schedule volunteers; and perform other small-but-essential tasks. Some of the work can be done from  home.
