Furnace room clean, thanks to volunteers

Thanks to Gail and Dave Christensen, Tad Marten and Ron Fenner  for devoting a beautiful Saturday to cleaning out Bethany's furnace room. The room is used for storing buildings-and-grounds equipment, and for cleaning supplies, as well. The job was heavy and exhausting, but our volunteers got it down.

Men's Bible study is first thing Tuesday

Even if you've never been before, come to the Bethany monthly men's Bible study at 7 a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, July 18, in the fellowship hall. Led by Pastor Paul, the time examines the gospel from last Sunday, Matthew 13: 1-9, 18-23, as well as the gospel for this coming Sunday, Matthew 13:24-30, 36-43. Breakfast is served, plus plenty of coffee. Commuters will be able to depart by 7:55. See you there.
