Good morning, all,
Bethany's noisy offering consisting mostly of pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters collected last weekend and during vacation Bible school totaled $903.77. The amount will be forward to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America's South Sudan Response.
Thanks to Doug Dudgeon, pictured on our home page, and family, who spent last evening wrapping up some 100 rolls of coins. And thanks to our regular counters, Barbara Michael and Jennie Harris, for finishing the job this morning, as well as retired banker Barbara Swartling, who lent a hand. Last but not least, thanks to Ed and the staff at Wells Fargo Bainbridge for lending us their counting equipment.
