This coming Sunday we'll have the children in leading roles in worship, such as greeting, ushering and reading. Our regularly scheduled worship assistants have been notified. Our young people bring good energy to the service.

God morning all,
I spoke with Altar Guild member Ruth Bartunek yesterday, who is organizing teams to prepare Bethany for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Take a look at the calendar under the "Events" tab and see if you can put it on your calendar in early December to help set up the tree in the sanctuary and decorate the church. Ruth's at 206-842-1454.
Consider becoming a member of Altar Guild. Find out more by coming to its meeting at noon tomorrow, Wednesday, in the fellowship hall. Bring a sack lunch; dessert is provided. Just as an enticement, there's an Altar Guild cookie exchange coming. I personally like helping out the Altar Guild with flowers.
