Bethany mission continues in pandemic

Mary Douglas works in the garden when it was just getting started.

Hi everyone,

Just to update you that Bethany's mission continues during these extraordinary times. Swing by the community garden by the garage and you'll see everything growing like crazy. Garden tender Mary Douglas reports that the first donation of the garden consisting of four cukes went to Helpline House, with much more coming.

And Alice McCain said, "Due to the generosity of Bethany folks, Rachel Circle will send 18 school supply kits, including backpacks, to children who need them. This is a new project for our group this year, and they will be sent to Lutheran World Relief along with the fall shipment of quilts and baby kits.

You can take action. If you are not receiving all-church emails or prayer-chain requests, contact your email provider. Ask them to add ekklesia360.com to you safelist or whitelist. Ekklesia360.com is the service Bethany uses to send out group emails.
