Quilters haul up the goods from Bethany basement

Good morning, everyone,

It was all hands on deck this morning as our quilters hauled up a half year's worth of quilts from storage in the basement to the sanctuary. They are now in place on the pews. The Baby Kit Team will do the same on Thursday. There will be an opportunity this weekend to help pay for shipping to Lutheran World Relief. Make checks out to Bethany Lutheran Church. Write Rachel Circle in the memo line. Here are some images below:

Good morning,

Needless to say, I took these images below on Monday and not today when it's raining pretty hard. Do stop by and enjoy our campus. It is at its peak. I'm including an ikebana arrangement for worship last weekend. It was composed by Bethany member Myrna Johnson. As the young wife of a naval officer, she was in Japan at one time, and learned the art there.
