Lenten Midweek Worship
Join us at 6:00 each Wednesday evening in Lent as we share Soup, Worship (using Holden Evening Prayer) and a brief Meditation. Our theme this year is, “Lord, Teach Us to Pray”, exploring Jesus’ words of radical, grace-filled discipleship.

Adult Education at Bethany!
Biweekly forum after next Sunday’s service. Last week we learned about H.R.B. and its role in the community.

Pre Communion Classes
If you feel that your child is ready to begin taking the Lord's Supper or feel that they could use some further age-appropriate instruction about what it is about, please talk to Pastor Martin or contact the office during the week.

Helpline House Food Donations
This Sunday we debut our Little Red Wagon as a way to highlight our ministry to our neighbors living with food scarcity. Each first Sunday, the Sunday School will bring up our offerings of food as we bring the financial mission support offerings.

“A Lenten Journey” Concert at St. Barnabas Church
Sat, March 7, 2:00 PM at St. Barnabas Church - "A Lenten Journey” concert. Sheila Bristow performs organ music of Böhm, Distler, and Howells; cellist Nathan Whittaker performs Bach’s cello suite No. 2; and Cassandra Willock and Ray Hyra sing vocal works by Schütz and Cozzolani. Freewill offering to benefit the music program.

Season of Lent
Join us Wednesdays at 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall for “dinner church”  
which begins with a Soup Supper & is followed by a brief worship using Marty Haugen’s “Holden Evening Prayer.”

Adult Education at Bethany!
Biweekly forums start after this Sunday’s service. This week we will learn about the history, mission, and work of the Housing Resources of Bainbridge from their Board. Bethany prides our partnership with H.R.B. & we encourage you to stay to learn about the vital role this organization plays in our community.

Men's Compline Service
The Men’s Compline Choir of Bainbridge Island, an ecumenical ministry, is offering the service of Compline, or Night Prayer, the final prayer liturgy of the day. Set your heart and mind at peace with this service of prayer and reflection next Sunday, March 1, at 7:00pm and the first Sunday of every month, October through June, at St. Cecilia Church. All are welcome.

Attention Thrivent Financial Members!
If you are holding 2025 Thrivent Choice Dollars, members have until March 31, 2026 to designate those Dollars!.
Thrivent Financial members with an annuity of at least $25,000 or annual insurance premiums over $1,000 earn Thrivent Choice Dollars. Members holding Thrivent Choice Dollars have the option of designating their accumulated dollars to any of over 20,000 Lutheran organizations, including Bethany.
