Good morning, all,
The metal roof on the sanctuary is going on at the speed of lightning. I would guess that a fourth of the area now is covered. The workers arrived at 8 a.m. and are hard at work now. The weather is perfect, although cold temperatures persist.
Just a reminder that the rescheduled Women's Bible Study with Pastor Paul is this morning at 10 o'clock. All are welcome.

This early Monday morning may be cold, but the sun is shining and the precip is zero. The roofers from Pinnacle Roofing Co. are back at work, beginning to install the long pieces of metal room over the sanctuary. It's fascinating to watch. Each piece is about 30 feet long and 2.5 feet wide. The color is a muted dark brown, matching what's on the fellowship hall and office areas. That section of the metal room went on in 2009, according to Bethany records. Stop by and see the excitement. Here are a couple of images I took.
