Wayne Daley to explain Holden remediation at FFF
Hi all,
We have a special FFF program on Wednesday, Oct. 16, with Wayne Daley telling us about the $800 million remediation of the poisons left behind by the copper mine at Holden Village. You are invited. The fabled Lutheran retreat center above Lake Chelan was closed for much of the remediation, and during that time Wayne designed and worked on a number of infrastructure improvements to the village, and old company town that housed the miners.
We'll see you at noon on Wednesday.
